VOWEL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the VOWEL platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
VOWEL facilitates loan agreements between lenders and borrowers. By entering into a contract through our platform, both parties agree to the terms of the loan, including repayment schedules and interest rates, if applicable.
Once a contract is executed and funds are transferred, both parties are legally bound by the contract terms. VOWEL does not guarantee the performance of any loan agreements but provides tools to facilitate automatic payments and communication between lenders and borrowers.
VOWEL charges service fees for facilitating loan agreements and processing payments. These fees are clearly outlined during the contract creation process and are non-refundable once the contract is executed.
All payments made through the VOWEL platform are processed by third-party payment processors. By using VOWEL, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
If a dispute arises between a lender and borrower, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through VOWEL's dispute resolution process before pursuing any legal action. See our Dispute Policy for more information.
VOWEL is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, contract disputes, or delays in payment processing. VOWEL provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
VOWEL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOWEL operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
