VOWEL Refund and Dispute Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Administrative Fees

All administrative fees paid to VOWEL for facilitating loan agreements between lenders and borrowers are non-refundable once the contract is executed and funds are transferred. Users are encouraged to review all contract details before proceeding with transactions.

1.2 Lender Refunds

Lenders may be eligible for refunds of the remaining balance of the loan under certain conditions, such as early repayment by the borrower or mutual cancellation of the contract. However, any accrued fees or interest that would have been earned after the date of cancellation are not refundable.

1.3 Borrower Refunds

Borrowers are generally not entitled to refunds once funds have been transferred to them. However, in cases of contract disputes or errors, the borrower may contact VOWEL’s support team for assistance in resolving the issue.

1.4 Payment Processing Fees

Refunds for any payment processing fees (e.g., transaction fees for automated payments) are subject to the terms and policies of the third-party payment processor used in the transaction.

2. Dispute Resolution

2.1 Filing a Dispute

If a dispute arises between a lender and a borrower regarding loan terms, repayments, or contract violations, either party may file a dispute through the VOWEL platform. The dispute must be submitted in writing with detailed information regarding the nature of the disagreement.

2.2 Dispute Review Process

Upon receiving a dispute claim, VOWEL will review the submitted information and attempt to mediate between both parties. Both the lender and borrower may be required to provide additional documentation or evidence to support their claims.

2.3 Resolution Timeline

VOWEL will make every effort to resolve disputes within 30 business days from the date of submission. Complex disputes may take longer to resolve, depending on the circumstances and the need for further investigation.
